Chef Robby Bushman doesn’t just cook—he crafts meals that fuel a happy, healthy life. A former D1 tennis scholarship athlete with a degree in Exercise & Health Science, he knows that great food is about more than flavor—it’s about feeling good, too!
After earning his Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales, he made waves as the founder of South Florida’s beloved Mexican-ish hotspot, Los Bocados. Now, at Blu Zone Cafe, he’s serving up fresh, flavor-packed dishes designed to nourish and energize.
